Approval of the Rules
On the basis of the provision of the first section of Article 4 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, the Government of Mongolia ENACTS:
1. To approve “Rules of the road of Mongolia” attached herewith.
2. To start to follow “Rules of the road of Mongolia” from September 1, 2004.
3. In connection with the issuance of this resolution, to consider the resolution of the Government of Mongolia “Approval of the Rules” dated September 21, 1996 with reference number 239 as invalid.
