This sign could be installed before the level-crossings without gates or on some road sections required and, in this case, drivers have to stop before the marking “Stop-line” and, there is no marking, should stop before this sign;

3.6 “Priority for oncoming traffic” - it is prohibited to enter the narrow section of the road if it is deemed interfering with the oncoming traffic;
